    In some areas of our website (“the Site”), we ask you to register and thereby provide information that will enable us to enhance your site visit or reply to you after your visit. When you do so, we ask you to give us your name, email address, company or affiliation and other personal information that will be needed to supply the Services to you.

    The information you provide will be kept confidential and you consent to our using the same to support your relationship with us and our contacting you through any medium we deem appropriate to inform you about products and services supplied by us which we feel may be of interest to you. On each given occasion we do so, you will be given the right to cancel or withdraw your consent to our contacting you to market these products/ services by writing to us at our registered office address given below. We do not disclose or sell your information outside our corporate group except if we sell the whole or part of our business.

    We use cookies (defined below) for collecting user information from the Site and we will not collect any information about you except that required for system administration of the web server and otherwise as described above. Because our servers are located in the USA, transfer of all our data outside the EEA is necessary to enable us to operate our website. If you provide us personal information via the Site, you are deemed to have consented to the transfer and storage of your personal data and information outside the EEA as set out herein. If you do not wish any of your personal data or information to be stored or transferred outside the EEA, you may withdraw your consent to this at any time by notifying us at the e-mail address specified in Clause 7 of this Policy. However, because our servers are located outside the EEA, if you withdraw your consent, we will no longer be able to keep your data, allow you to use the Facility or provide you with the Service.
